No matter how many times you see a rainbow, it is always awe-inspiring. The next time a rainbow appears, notice how people stop what they are doing to look and take it in.
It is in this week’s reading from the book of Genesis that we see in the rainbow a sign of God’s abiding love and presence – sent to remind us of his covenant with us. Through all the changes in our lives, God will remain faithful. He has been and will always be present to guide us, rain or shine, through good times and bad.
Remember that the next time you see all the brilliant colors of heaven overhead.
