Next time you're faced with an important decision, invite God into the process to help you make the right choice.
In this week's first reading, we see the disciples do just that – using prayer and reflection to determine God's will in selecting a disciple to replace Judas among the apostles.
Using discernment means making decisions with God – it is the key to living a moral life and being a person of character.
Pray for direction. Reflect on your options. Ask God for confirmation of your choice. Trust that God is working with you to make the right decisions in your life.
With God's guidance, we can maintain our character even when we face difficult choices and challenging situations.
