Faith Moment Generosity 3

Transcript of audio:

St. Ignatius of Loyola composed his "Prayer for Generosity" as he sought to return the incredible bounty God gives us every day. The prayer can teach us what it really means to be generous, as it asks God...

"Teach me true generosity. Teach me to serve you as you deserve. To give without counting the cost. To fight heedless of wounds. To labor without seeking rest. To sacrifice myself without thought of any reward save the knowledge that I have done Your will."

Take some time to contemplate God's will for you. Include the Prayer of Generosity from St. Ignatius as you reflect on how God is calling you to be generous to those around you. Let His never-ending love be your guide, knowing God will satisfy your every need.
