If you are in business, or a teacher, or in some position of authority, this week's readings are like a mini seminar on the best leadership style you can practice.
You may be familiar with the business philosophy of Robert Greenleaf who wrote about servant leadership as a management style. He proposed that servant leaders achieve the best results when they focus on the needs of their colleagues and those they serve.
Mr. Greenleaf could have easily used Jesus Christ as an example.
Christians refer to Jesus as Christ the King, the one whose kingdom is grounded in the practice and passion of caring for others, even as he himself did. This humble king invites you into his kingdom where all are trained to be servant leaders.
