In the Gospel of John we hear about the story of the wedding at Cana where it is recorded that Jesus performed His first miracle by turning water into wine.
The entire scene reflects the marvels that can result when we open ourselves to others. Jesus performed this sign of God's ability to make all things new. We do the work of God when we use our own abilities to bring newness and change to the lives of others.
Water into wine….to bring a newness to life. The message is inspiring.
