Program: “The Integration of Spirituality and Counseling” facilitated by Joseph Burke, S.J.
This seminar experience will focus on the disciplines of counseling and spirituality, specifically the integration of the role of spirituality and the counseling process. Through lectures, readings from Cashwell & Young and seminar exploration, our final goal will be to bring together these disciplines in an experiential and practical way. Attendees will learn not only theory but specific counseling interventions for application in ministry. Fr. Burke will reference his works from his dissertation at Fordham University.
