Registration is underway for fall continuing education courses at Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora.

Classes will be taught in Church history, ethics and morality, pastoral skills, sacred scripture and spirituality.  The seminary is also offering workshops, lectures, retreats and the opportunity for community prayer, when people can pray with and get to know the seminarians.  All are welcome to attend Friday Evening Prayer most Fridays throughout the semester at 5 p.m. in the St. John Vianney Chapel.  Details can be found on the seminary website.

Workshops include Group Spiritual Direction, Disciples Called to Witness and the Father Thomas Dailey Lecture on Friday, Oct. 4, at 7 p.m.  Msgr. Edward Ciuba, former rector/dean of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology of Seton Hall University, will discuss the Divine Presence in an evolving universe.
