This brief time of retreat will look at the prayer Jesus taught us, the Our Father, and spend some time on the Eucharistic Prayer, the highest form of community prayer we have. There will be time for personal reflection and journaling as well as opportunities for group sharing. The goal of this retreat is to come away with a renewed appreciation for the Eucharistic Prayer and how that "sum and summit of our prayer life" can shape our week and direct our personal prayer.
